Azart, which - via the French “hasard” - refers to the arbitrary relationship between language and reality, is based on the Latin alphabet. Each letter is represented by a line character with a specific color and name, both beginning with the corresponding letter. Words are formed by connecting these signs into colorful, two-dimensional clusters of meaning in which they influence each other and elicit associations. Despite the rigid conceptual framework, the possibilities are endless as language itself. In this composition, the letters have been stripped of their color and not joined into words. They are applied to the walls, floor and ceiling as individual signs in beam form, drawing the museum visitor's gaze in every direction to a missing core or origin. In their concrete but accidental arrangement, the letters are independent visual elements that make form and content coincide. At the same time, the code remains foreign and the creative process lies wide open.
